The blue on the cab, tanks, steps, frame, and rear fenders is non-color changable, however in the garage you still have all of the variants of each excluding the cab of course. The silver on the cab is color changable. The first touch up is free meaning that if I didnt cover a panel correctly or lines do not line up this is my fault and will be correted to your liking.
